Cooking easy recipes on local TV channel

I teach cooking and restaurant basics to the hospitality students at Plattsburgh State University. We have a restaurant open to the public - Samuel Ds.

Previously I did live cooking shows with the Taste of Home and still really relate to the busy mom that has to work outside the home and get dinner on the table.

97% of the cooking that moms do is to get lunches packed, dinner and breakfast on the table. They want quick and easy recipes and methods to get that done.

The other 3% is my passion ----- baking and entertaining.

I would appreciate the opportunity to speak to a broader audience to tell the those moms out there that they are doing a great job!
