Seen on American Airlines flights in April and May 2016 in 5,000 flights per month, I am so excited to share my mission to help moms around the country make great everyday meals with simple ingredients and basic cooking techniques.
My passion for cooking started since I was a young girl in Manila, Philippines and I made a career out of as a restaurant manager and corporate trainer. I have built a company with Momma Cuisine since 2009 and learned the power of social media in creating businesses and making my dreams come true!
Since then, I partnered with so many brands sharing recipes, started my cooking show where I have interviewed some amazing, big-time celebrity chefs like Wolfgang Puck, Paula Deen and more, have gone on national cooking tours, started publishing a digital magazine, had a first cookbook with Kenmore appliances, many TV appearances and it just keeps going.
I want the opportunity to continue to share my love and passion for cooking and family on The Today Show...another dream of mine!
