Hey y'all! I'm Juliana, the brain behind the popular dessert blog: Graciously Sweet. I am a mommy of 4 young girls who survives my days with creating scrumptious, easy, and crowd pleasing dessert recipes. I am known for my incredible treat ideas, but also dabble in the savory side as well. Goodness, I am so good at hiding vegetables in kid friendly dinners and desserts, I deserve a pat on the back! My passion for all things sweet has grown from a stay at home mom bringing treats to functions, catering parties, owning a food truck, national television shows, and now a popular blogger sharing my creations with the world.
I create and adapt recipes for every home life, from the mom on-the-run to the well seasoned baker. I love helping those who don't have a clue how to bake, create a semi-homemade treat they can be proud to serve their family and friends. My recipes vary from semi homemade to scratch baking and cooking. My arsenal of delectables include blue ribbon pies, stuffed cookies, decadent award winning brownies, old fashioned cakes, easy piecakens, gluten free, and vegan desserts (that actually taste amazing). You name it, I can create it and teach you how to recreate these sinful treats in your own kitchen (while chasing your toddler around too)!
Graciously Sweet has grown tremendously in popularity over the past year, I have over 20k social media followers and 25k blog followers. I have won several contests, competitions, awards, and published recipes for many companies. I have been casted and featured on a 8 episode series Food Network Show in 2015 called Spring Baking Championship (read more here).
And most recently aired on Food Network Cake Wars season 2 episode 7 in 2016.
One of my most fun and exciting contests I have won was the Today Show's best Holiday Cookie Contest, you can watch my live recipe walk through with Al here.
This past year, I have also established a strong relationship with Central Florida's WESH 2 news and have monthly baking and entertaining segments during live television.
Not only am I completely comfortable on camera, but I also host live demonstrations in front of thousands. I was a guest baker and speaker at the 2015 Southern Women's Show where 30-40 thousand people visited over the event weekend.
2015 Satin Ice Cake show and Williams Sonoma are just a couple of more live recipe action events I have participated in.
I have a larger than life personality and love sharing my very realistic and humorous motherhood life. I love to tell funny, relatable stories that correlate to recipes or just plain make people laugh with my everyday, mommy happenings. I am a highly skilled, self taught baker, whose art medium just happens to be food. I am super energetic, love being in front of the camera, and I am happily teaching the world how to bake and cook with passion, one recipe at a time. The requests pour in daily for more Graciously Sweet! My dream is to someday fulfill these media follower requests and share a Graciously Sweet segment on national television.
