No one likes being told what they should and should not be eating, because we all have different ideas of what is "healthy" and what is "unhealthy". We all live different lifestyles, and my goal isn't to tell you what you should be eating, but to have yourself ask, "what should I be eating?". The fact is, the foods we consume reflect how we look, how we feel, and how well our bodies perform through out the day. I had to ask myself, what are my goals? And how do I reach them? I want you to do the same, and I want to help you achieve them. And if I were chosen to be on a TODAY Show food segment, it would help give me the platform to do that.
