Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • box of stuffing mix
  • 14 cup mushrooms
  • 13 cup onions
  • 1 tsp fresh garlic

Preparation

  1. Flatten pork chops with a mallet to ¼ to ⅓ inch.
  2. mix other ingredients into dressing.
  3. spread dressing mix on pork chops roll up and tie with string.
  4. refrigerate for 30 minutes
  5. Bake or fry until just done about 20 minutes.
