Hi there! I’m Bethany Frazier, The Kansas City Dietitian. I am a Registered Dietitian with a Master's Degree in Food and Nutrition, and a secret love for all things sweet. Ok, maybe it's not really a secret.
My goal is to revolutionize your relationship with food through simple, attainable changes and healthy recipes that don’t require crazy ingredients or kitchen gadgets. I make delicious meals fresh from your pantry. And you can even eat some treats along the way.
I have presented live cooking demonstrations and classes all over the Kansas City metro area, including the Kansas City Women's Living Expo, and have appeared regularly on health segments for local Kansas City news stations.
I may be known by my location, but I’m definitely not limited to it. I bring crave-able recipes and nutrition-related anecdotes, all backed by scientific research and sprinkled with a healthy dose of humor, from Kansas City to wherever you are through my blog, online nutrition courses, and private coaching sessions.
Here are a few samples of what I've done.
