Kale may not sound like something that would go well in a tropical fruit smoothie, but try it! It totally does. The flavor of the kale gets disguised by the sugary goodness of the strawberries, mango and pineapple juice. You still need to remove the ribs of the kale, but you’ll be getting the same health benefits without even realizing you’re eating kale. Trick your kids into getting a full serving of greens by making this healthy treat for them.
