Not your typical nachos! Layered with grits, eggs, diced ham, cheese and peppers.
- Scrambled eggs
- Diced ham
- Provolone cheese
- Pickled jalapenos
- Heirloom tomatoes
- Italian flat leaf parsley
- Tortilla chips
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Layer the nachos by piling on grits, eggs, ham, cheese and jalapenos.
- Bake for 5-7 minutes, until cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven and add tomatoes and parsley.
