Spicy, low calories and very easy to make chicken kabob.
Chicken grill Knobs on the stove
- Servings: 5-6 people
- Prep Time: 20 hr
- Cooking Time: 15 hr
Ingredients
- Ground chicken 2lbs
- two medium onions
- Green peppers 4-5
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Red chili powder half a teaspoon
- Fresh cilantro Finley chopped
- Coriander powder one teaspoon
- Cooking oil half cup
Preparation
- Chop the green peppers and onions
- Add ground chicken, salt, pepper, and coriander powder into the blender just for one minute
- Then take it out and put it in a mixing bowl
- Add cilantro to the bowl and mix it with your hands
- Put the mix into your hands and roll the dough into a ball and make a form of a kabob
- Then put it on the stove grill or pan
- Let it cook for 3-5 minutes on each side
- When both sides are cooked, then take it off the grill
- Once finished, serve on a serving dish with any side of vegetables (baked potatoes or pasta)
- Serve with anything you like and enjoy!
