Spicy, low calories and very easy to make chicken kabob.

Chicken grill Knobs on the stove

  • Servings: 5-6 people
  • Prep Time: 20 hr
  • Cooking Time: 15 hr

Ingredients

  • Ground chicken 2lbs
  • two medium onions
  • Green peppers 4-5
  • Salt 1 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder half a teaspoon
  • Fresh cilantro Finley chopped
  • Coriander powder one teaspoon
  • Cooking oil half cup

Preparation

  1. Chop the green peppers and onions
  2. Add ground chicken, salt, pepper, and coriander powder into the blender just for one minute
  3. Then take it out and put it in a mixing bowl
  4. Add cilantro to the bowl and mix it with your hands
  5. Put the mix into your hands and roll the dough into a ball and make a form of a kabob
  6. Then put it on the stove grill or pan
  7. Let it cook for 3-5 minutes on each side
  8. When both sides are cooked, then take it off the grill
  9. Once finished, serve on a serving dish with any side of vegetables (baked potatoes or pasta)
  10. Serve with anything you like and enjoy!
