Chocolate Salted Caramel Cupcakes

Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup cocoa
- ½ cup oil
- 3 eggs
- ½ teasp vanilla
- ½ teasp butter extract
- 1 cup hot water
- 1-½ cups flour
- ½ teasp baking powder
- ½ teasp baking soda
- ¼ teasp salt
- 1 cup Crisco
- ½ Tablespoon vanilla
- ½ Tablespoon butter extract
- ⅓ cup water
- ¼ cup cocoa
- 4 cups 10x refined powdered sugar
Preparation
- Mix well
- scoop into cupcake papers
- bake 15 min on 350
- cool and top with frosting
- drizzle caramel
- sprinkle with margarita salt
