A delicious and healthy alternative to the same old boring breakfast. Coconut wraps filled with yummy almond butter, fruit and nuts. Gluten free, diary free, vegan.

Coconut Fruit Wrap

  • Servings: 1 wrap
  • Yield: 2
  • Prep Time: 5 min

Ingredients

  • 2 coconut wraps
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • ¼ cup raspberries/blackberres
  • ½ banana
  • ¼ cup mango
  • 2 tablespoons pomegranate seeds
  • ½ tsp hemp seeds
  • ½ tsp chia seeds
  • ½ tsp toasted almonds
  • 1 tbsp coconut yogurt
  • orange zest for garnish

Preparation

  1. Spread almond butter on wraps, add banana, berries, seeds and nuts and top with yogurt.
