Egg Hacks

Prep Time: 5 min Cooking Time: 11 min

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 gallon size plastic baggie
  • ½ sharp cheddar cheese
  • Kosher salt to taste
  • Fresh ground black pepper to taste
  • Large saucepan

Preparation

  1. Crack eggs into plastic baggie
  2. Pinch to mix eggs.
  3. Mix until white (albumin) is incorporated. This prevents chunks of cooked egg white.
  4. Fill bag with cheese, salt and pepper. Mix well.
  5. Add a small amount of veggies or proteins if desired.
  6. Close bag. Leave a small vent.
  7. Place bag into a pot of boiling water. Keep upright.
  8. Cook for approximately 11 minutes. Don't overcook.
  9. Remove baggie from pan. Egg will slide out onto a plate.
  10. Serve immediately.
