Egg Nog (dairy free, egg free & delicious!)
- Yield: 24 oz
- Prep Time: 5 min
- 2 cups of unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 3 pitted Medjool Dates (if they are not soft, soak in warm water a few minutes to soften)
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- All all to your blender and blend until smooth. I like to sprinkle a little nutmeg on top before serving.
Homemade Egg Nog usually calls for eggs, milk, sugar and heavy cream.
Pre-made Egg Nog can contain high fructose corn syrup and artificial flavors.
This simple recipe only calls for 6 all natural ingredients and a blender! Enjoy!
