Fried runny egg on a traditional BLT with arugula - Breakfast doesn't get any better than this.

Fried Egg BLT

  • Servings: 1

Ingredients

  • 3 slices white bread, toasted
  • 2 tbsp. mayo
  • 4 slices crispy bacon
  • 1 egg, fried over medium
  • 1 handful Arugula
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation

  1. Spread one side of each slice of bread with mayo.
  2. Assemble sandwich with rest of the ingredients.
