Fried runny egg on a traditional BLT with arugula - Breakfast doesn't get any better than this.
Fried Egg BLT
- Servings: 1
- 3 slices white bread, toasted
- 2 tbsp. mayo
- 4 slices crispy bacon
- 1 egg, fried over medium
- 1 handful Arugula
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Spread one side of each slice of bread with mayo.
- Assemble sandwich with rest of the ingredients.
