I made a delicious discovery this week. I now have my new breakfast and it couldn’t be easier! Fruit on the bottom yogurt is quick to make and can be made ahead of time so you’ll have a quick and healthy breakfast on hand all week long. This delicious taste sensation is made in jars so you can take them on-the-go too. Swapping out sugar for honey for an added natural sweetness.
Fruit on the bottom yogurt

Ingredients
- 4 cups/24 ounces plain yogurt
- 1 ½ tablespoons + 3 tablespoons honey
- 3 cups blueberries (or any berry you like, larger berries should be cut into bite-size pieces)
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon cold water
- ¼ cup sliced almonds, toasted
- 4 fresh raspberries
