Garlicky Cranberry Beans in a Slow Cooker
Prep Time: 5 min Cooking Time: 6 hrIngredients
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 5 or 6 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 pound of dried cranberry beans, rinsed
- Salt
- 4 cups water
Preparation
- Combine everything in a small slow cooker.
- Cook on high for 5 to 6 hours. Check the water level as you cook. Add more water if necessary.
