Grandma's Meatloaf

My daddy used to talk about Grandma's meatloaf all the time. He knew a couple of things in it but never had the full recipe- well my aunt had written it down. We discovered it after she passed and it's as fantastic as daddy said it was!

Grandma's Meatloaf

Prep Time: 15 min Cooking Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 2lbs lean ground beef
  • 1 can vegetable soup
  • 1 egg beaten
  • ½ c bread crumbs
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 tblsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1tblsp prepared mustard
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Preparation

  1. Preheat over 350
  2. Mix ingredients together
  3. Lightly spray loaf pan with olive oil
  4. Shape mixture in loaf pan
  5. Bake 1 hour

Recipe Tags

You can substitute ground turkey for beef and it's just as tasty. We like to serve it with fresh mashed potatoes and green beans. Give it a try and let me know what you think!
