GREEN SMOOTHIE TASTES TERRIFIC PICKY EATER

  • Servings: 1 cup
  • Yield: 2 servings
  • Prep Time: 10 min

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 - ½ bananas
  • Two small seedless oranges (Cuties)
  • 3 cups packed fresh baby spinach
  • Ten medium frozen strawberries

Preparation

  1. Use a mixer (I used a Vitamix) and blend until combined and well pureed

Most of us never get enough fruits and vegetables especially leafy green vegetables. Generations after generations of parents try to get their kids to eat healthier which includes eating their vegetables. There are also lots of adults out there that never eat greens.
