This delicious five cheese Mac n cheese with fresh lobster is a fan favorite with my family and friends!
Lobster Mac n cheese

Ingredients
- 2lbs cooked pasta
- 1 stick + 3tbsp butter
- 4 tbsp flour
- ½ yellow onion, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup white wine
- 1 qt. ½&½
- 1 cup while milk
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 lb cabots seriously sharp white cheddar
- 8 oz shredded mozzarella
- 8 oz shredded gouda
- 1 lb cooked lobster meat- some specialty stores sell it already cooked and shelled, but is less expensive to buy whole lobster and cook/shell yourself!
- 2-3 dashes Tabasco sauce
- 2 dashed Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- ¼ cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
- ½ cup panko bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Preparation
- In large sauce pan on med heat, melt 1 stick of butter
- Add onions and garlic
- Saute until soft
- Add flour and stir until it makes a paste
- Add wine, stirring constantly using a whisk
- Once wine reduces, start adding ½&½ a little at a time whisking constantly
- Add the milk, again still whisking
- Now start adding the cheeses EXCEPT FOR THE PARMESAN, a little at a time, whisking constantly
- Once cheese are combined, add Tabasco, Worcestershire, Dijon, and salt and pepper to taste- I use white pepper
- Remove from heat
- Stir in cooked lobster meat and pasta
- Transfer to large buttered baking dish
- Melt the remaining butter
- Stir in the breadcrumbs, parsley, salt and pepper, and parmesan cheese
- Sprinkle mixture on top of Mac n cheese
- Bake in a 350* oven for approximately 20 min, until cheese is bubbly!
