Oven Roasted Brussel Sprouts
- Yield: 4-6

- Cooking Time: 25 min
Ingredients
- 1 lb. fresh brussel sprouts
- 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Cut each brussel sprout in half and place on a cookie sheet or in a casserole dish.
- Coat with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, then sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Place in oven for 20-25 minutes.
- Remove and serve immediately.
