This decadent recipe was adapted from my sweet Grandma. She has been an incredible influence in my food life. Her recipes were rarely written down and most were kept preciously hidden in her heart. So in her passing, we not only lost a great person but so many beloved recipes.

Peanut Butter Swirled Gooey Brownies

  • Servings: 12
  • Yield: 12
  • Cooking Time: 40 min

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups sugar
  • ⅔ cups cocoa powder
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ap flour
  • ½ cup peanut butter, melted

Preparation

  1. bake at 350 degrees 40-45 min

Recipe Tags

Preheag oven to 350 degrees and line an 8 x 8 pan with foil and nonstick spray.


Mix butter, sugar, cocoa, eggs, vanilla, salt and then flour in a large bowl.


Pour into 8x8 prepared pan.

Swirl generously with melted peanut butter.

Bake 40-45 minutes until no longer jiggly in center.

Allow to cool and drizzle with more melted peanut butter.
