Growing up without a Father helped me understand the importance of being a father. Being a Dad is the best thing a man can be in life. The joy I see in my son's face when we play together or read together is the joy I wanted growing up. Having a child is a blessing in itself but being a part of your child’s life is the true blessing. When you have someone looking up to you, it’s the most rewarding feeling. I strive to share all the experiences I didn’t have growing up.

I always wanted to become a Dad and raise my children with love. To be part of my son's life and see how he's developing into a young boy is the greatest achievement a parent can have. The best thing about being a Dad is the joy and laughter I bring to my son. I'm his first "Hero" and I take pride in that.

One of the things that surprised me about parenthood is how easy and hard it can be. The easy part is taking care and loving your child. The hardest part has been losing a child. As a parent who lost a child, I can say it’s one of the hardest things a parent can go through. My son looks up to me as his Hero but little does he knows he's My "Hero". He gets me through the hardest days without realizing it.

My special Job is having the opportunity to coach my son in every sport he participates in. I love it when he calls me, "Coach Daddy" .

As a father you want your kids to do their best in everything they do. I know for myself I want my son to give his best effort in everything he does in life. As a man I will guide him and teach him to be loving and caring, One day, he can hopefully teach his kids.
