As I was scrolling through our recent family vacation photos to Mexico, I ran across this picture and to be honest, I almost deleted it.

My legs have always been a source of insecurity for me for as long as I can remember. And this photo brought those insecurities to the surface BIG TIME...at first.

But then I remembered contrary to what social media may have you believe, we are not defined by the dimples on our thighs, the rolls on our back or the size of our breasts.

Your body is beautiful because it is YOURS! It carries you through this amazing life and you only get one!

So even though it can be super hard at times, lets remind one another that we are beautifully unique, special and a GIFT!

Love yourself in the body you have, say nice things to it and close your eyes and feel the breath you have been given, because THAT is what is inspiring!
