Parents, you’ve got questions, we’ve got answers.

Or just as likely, we’ve got questions and you’ve got answers.

I can imagine a life without the middle of the night wakeups and how good it would feel to sleep a whole night through.

I can imagine a life without being touched and pulled on 24/7 and how free that must feel.

I can imagine a life without having to do an ungodly amount of laundry and how much "me time" that would free up.

I can imagine a life without so many bills and using the extra cash to travel the world.

I can imagine a life in which I drive, aimlessly, while listening to music that fuels my soul, instead of the sounds of Peppa, Daddy and Mommy Pig and brother, George.

I can imagine a life where I actually have the time to keep my style on point instead of rocking headbands, messy topknots, and snot-stained clothes on the daily.

I can imagine a life where my spouse and I have uninterrupted conversations and time for slow, sensual, sexy business.

I can imagine a life where I don't worry so much because outside of me, I don't have anyone to worry about.

I can imagine a life where I am the only one affected by my choices.

I can imagine a life spent in pursuit of a passion, and I can envision me climbing that ladder of success.

I can imagine a life with time for friends and saying "YES!" to all spontaneous invites for adventure.

I can imagine a life where staying present and mindful isn't so challenging.

I can imagine a life where, on any given day, single-tasking beats the f*dge out of multi-tasking.

I can imagine a life where I spend my money only on things for me.

I can imagine a life that is simpler, quiet, and peacefully unassuming.

I can imagine a life like that, yes, but why in the hell would I want to?

Nothing could or will ever compare to the incredible, unique, beautifully offbeat, chaotic, and messy life I have right now with my three kids and husband.

Sure, I can imagine what a different life would be like, but do you know what it wouldn't feel like?

THIS.

It wouldn't feel like how freakin' amazing this feels, and that would be a damn shame.
