I loved that the Today Show people (in front of camera and behind) were so taken with today's recipe. I would like to recreate it, but, I cannot eat onion and garlic which seemed to be a big part of the recipe. What can I do to make a wonderful tasting lasagna roll-up without the garlic and onion?
I wish the Today Show would feature cooking with allergies/food intolerances. We are a growing population and could use help/guidance.
