Parenting, as a dear friend once put it, ‘really makes you look in the mirror.’ Some of those days you lose your patience, hit a wall (metaphorically, let’s hope), or come face to face with your ugliest shortcomings. But we’re all learning as we go, and we all need support as parents.

Lucky for us, there are plenty of classes, workshops, expos and conventions circulating the country to help give our parenting skills a boost, to connect us with others who are going through similar experiences, or perhaps just to get us out of the house for a day before we all start climbing the walls. Here are some top parenting events nationwide for the second half of 2018.
