Balsamic Ground Turkey and Apple Breakfast Hash

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar + 2 tablespoons
- ½ teaspoon cardamom
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1 apple, finely diced (1 ½ cups)
Preparation
- In a large saucepan, add the ground turkey and turn the heat to medium/high Brown the turkey and drain any grease
- Turn the heat to low
- Add the balsamic, cardamon, salt, green onions, and diced apple. Let cook approximately 5 minutes, until the diced apples softens slightly and mixture is well combined
- Serve as is or add a fried egg to top
