Breakfast Bruschetta

A sweet, healthy bruschetta, topped with a nutty cheese spread, fresh fruit and nuts.

Breakfast Bruschetta

  • Servings: 2 toasts
  • Yield: 6
  • Prep Time: 10 min
  • Cooking Time: 10 min

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 Tbs peanut butter
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 Tbs maple syrup
  • 1 small loaf of oat/what bread
  • 1 apple, chopped
  • ¼ cup Craisins
  • ¼ cup toasted chopped pecans

Preparation

  1. Combine cream cheese, peanut butter, cinnamon and maple syrup in a bowl and combine with an electric beater.
  2. Spread cream cheese on top of bread slices and top with apple, craisins and pecans.
