Soak Cedar Plank all day - prepare rub - (Can also use steaks or chicken)
Cedar Plank Salmon
Ingredients
- Salmon (4 filets)
- Dry Rub - Paprika; chili powder; black pepper; brown sugar; coarse salt
- Honey for drizzle
- Olive oil to rub plank
- Asparagus to add as roasted side
Preparation
- Prepare grill (gas or charcoal)
- Rub soaked plank with olive oil - put on top grate on grill for 2 mins
- Dry rub the Salmon filets and place on planks
- Do not turn - grill about 20 minutes (when salmon flakes)
- Serve on plate drizzled with local fresh Honey or Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar
- I serve with roasted Asparagus drizzled with Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar
