My kids always want store bought breakfast foods. Sometimes I break down and buy them - I find though, that they aren't filled up. By adding fruit and yogurt I am giving them what I always harp on "variety of foods". If they don't eat a variety of fruits, carbs, and protein for meals and snacks they don't feel full. Less sugar is better so if you can start with small amounts of plain yogurt better to start while they are young.
