Tis the season! After paying more attention to ingredients and starting to make healthier choices, I gave up this Christmas favorite for years. Then I hit the kitchen and came up with my own healthy recipe. Hope you enjoy it! Find more Simple - Healthy - Solutions on www.TheNutritionMom.com

Egg Nog (dairy free, egg free & delicious!)

  • Yield: 24 oz
  • Prep Time: 5 min

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 3 pitted Medjool Dates (if they are not soft, soak in warm water a few minutes to soften)
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation

  1. All all to your blender and blend until smooth. I like to sprinkle a little nutmeg on top before serving.
