If there's one thing I've learned in all my trial-and-error gluten free cooking, it's that getting baked goods to taste like they should can be a bit of a pain. The remedy that works best for me is Cup4Cup flour. The flour is formulated as a literal cup-for-cup replacement for normal flour, so your recipes don't need altered at all! These waffles are sure to be a hit with the whole family -- allergies or not!
