A delicious, refreshing "mocktail" that is surprisingly healthy, with no refined sugar.

Lemon Blueberry Coconut Cooler

Ingredients

  • 8 parts lemonade
  • 2 parts coconut water
  • 1 part grenadine
  • Frozen blueberries

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
  2. Strain into your glass of choice and garnish with blueberries.

You can easily make your own homemade grenadine to keep this clean and healthy! Just combine 1 cup of unsweetened pomegranate juice in a saucepan withh ¼ cup coconut sugar. Place over medium heat and bring to a slow boil, stirring occassionally. Allow to boil about 5 minutes, until the sauce has thickened slightly. Allow to cool and use in your recipe!
