Easy but delicious pie..

Ritz Cracker Pie

Ingredients

  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ½ tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • ½ cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
  • 17 Ritz Crackers (crushed)
  • ½ pint whipped cream for topping

Preparation

  1. beat egg whites until stiff
  2. gradually add sugar which has been mixed with baking powder
  3. add vanilla
  4. Fold in nuts and cracker crumbs
