Sausage and Cheese Breakfast Rolls

Ingredients
- 1 (16-ounce) package breakfast sausage
- ¼ cup onion, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup milk
- ½ cup water
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 2-½ teaspoon active dry yeast
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
Preparation
- In a medium sized skillet, cook the sausage and onion until the sausage is cooked through.
