These are not your average Sloppy Joes! With only 4 ingredients and a quick cook time, you'll have a surprisingly delicious dinner on the table for your family in no time!
Sloppy Joes
- Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients
- 1lb lean ground beef or turkey
- 1 sweet onion, chopped
- 1 cup ketchup
- 3T brown sugar
Preparation
- Cook onions and meat together over medium heat until meat is browned (about 5 minutes).
- Transfer to colander so excess grease can drain.
- Add ketchup and brown sugar to pan- mix and heat.
- Return meat and onion mixture to pan.
- Blend together and serve.
- Garnish with fresh parsley (optional).
