This easy Two Ingredient Slow Cooker Beef Brisket will be a dinner home run. Cooking brisket in the slow cooker with salsa verde makes the meat tender and juicy.

Two Ingredient Slow Cooker Beef Brisket

Ingredients

  • 3-4 pound beef brisket
  • 2 cups green salsa verde (I used Herdez). Or if you prefer a milder flavor use - 1 cup green salsa verde 1 cup water
  • Your favorite toppings.

Preparation

  1. Turn slow cooker on low.
  2. Put the beef brisket in and top with salsa verde. I used 2 cups salsa verde and the beef was spicy. If you prefer a milder flavor use 1 cup salsa verde and 1 cup water.
  3. Cook on low for 6-7 hours.
  4. Top with your favorite toppings.
