Anne Morrison
Anne Morrison teaches in a bilingual pre-kindergarten program at The Lycée Français de New York, where she also leads trainings and workshops on Social and Emotional Learning for faculty and parents. She was granted a research fellowship by the Lycée Français to study the development of emotional self-regulation skills in the bilingual brain. Anne also works with Yale University's Center for Emotional Intelligence as a curriculum developer and workshop facilitator for the RULER Approach, a Social and Emotional Learning program. Anne received her Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Vanderbilt University, where she focused her studies on social and emotional development in young children. Anne received her Bachelor's degree in the History of Art and Architecture from Brown University, and she continues to use her background in the arts to inform her teaching practice, because she believes that creativity and the arts are fundamental to learning at all ages.
