A healthy scrumptious and fresh dish to share with friends and family.

Shrimp Skewers with fresh Herbs

  • Servings: 2 shrimp skewers
  • Yield: 10-12
  • Prep Time: 10 min
  • Cooking Time: 10 min

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, cooked
  • 1 Tbsp. Garlic powder
  • 1Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 avocados, cut in cubes
  • 2 tomatoes, cut in cubes
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 Tbsp. cilantro
  • 1 cup seedless red grapes

Preparation

  1. To assemble, add a grape to the bottom of the skewer
  2. Continue layering with avocado, tomato and shrimp, repeat until you have three of each kind
  3. In a small bowl mix lemon, garlic powder, olive oil, and cilantro, pour on top of the skewers
