My homemade, all-natural coconut bites (otherwise known as 'White Christmas' in Australia) provides for a delicious sweet treat minus the guilt. I hope you thoroughly enjoy this as much as my friends and I do!

Healthy White Christmas Sweet Treat!
Prep Time: 30 minIngredients
- 1.5 cups coconut butter, melted
- ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
- ¼ cup dried currants, sugar free
- ¼ cup dried cranberries, sugar free
- ¼ cup sunflower seeds
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix to combine
- Pour into an ice cube tray or a silicon mold or a slice tin
- Refridgerate for 30 mins before removing from the mold and enjoying
- Store in fridge when not eating (if there's any left over to store!!)
