Open Face Breadless Sandwitch
Servings:2 eggs

Ingredients
One tomato, cut in thin circles
One mini cucumber, cut in 1' inch circles
4 Eggs
1 avacado, cut in thin strips
Preparation
In a hot skillet break the eggs and cook for 3-5 minutes on medium-low heat
While the eggs are cooking, assemble the sandwitch by adding a slice of tomato
Followed by three pieces of mini cumcumbers
then the egg
Lastly, add the 2-3 strips of avacado
