Shrimp Skewers with fresh Herbs
- Servings: 2 shrimp skewers

Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, cooked
- 1 Tbsp. Garlic powder
- 1Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 avocados, cut in cubes
- 2 tomatoes, cut in cubes
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 Tbsp. cilantro
- 1 cup seedless red grapes
Preparation
- To assemble, add a grape to the bottom of the skewer
- Continue layering with avocado, tomato and shrimp, repeat until you have three of each kind
- In a small bowl mix lemon, garlic powder, olive oil, and cilantro, pour on top of the skewers
