Kelly Garcia is the Chief of Schools at Summit Public Schools. She has been a leader for the network of fourteen public charter schools, as well as a school founder and site Executive Director within the organization, where she has been for almost 20 years. Kelly is a mother of two and a life-long educator. She spends her free time diving into pop culture and current events.
