Make your New Years count with these 5 Easy Resolutions You Can Keep.

Do you know the secret to actually keeping your resolutions? Create realistic goals. Don’t choose something that is too lofty or overwhelming. We all can’t be a size 2 or a world class athlete. But, we can make resolutions that will help motivate ourselves to be happier and healthier. Make 2017 your best year yet with these 5 Easy Resolutions You Can Keep.

Drink More Water: Drinking more water will not only help you lose weight but give you more energy. It also helps digestion and treat headaches. (Remember this one after your big NYE party).

Go For A Walk: Whether you are at the gym or outside, walking will help reduce fat, lower stress and build lean muscle.

Get Better At Planning Meals: Planning meals is one of the best ways to keep on track with your fitness goals. Remember “A goal without a plan is just a wish,” Antoine de Saint-Exupery.

Establish A Better Sleep Routine: Being short on sleep can really affect your weight. Most people need between 7 and 9 hours each night. If you are trying to lose weight or shape up, hit the sack!

Be Gracious With Yourself: Don’t feel bad if you missed your workout or enjoyed ice cream last night. Pick yourself up when you fall, and remember tomorrow is a brand new day!
