I'm normally a medium, but ordered a small in this.

8.) YogaGlo Subscription

Yogaglo YogaGlo is a monthly subscription online yoga website. Their teachers are phenomenal, and they have so many different options for classes - level, duration, yoga style. It's only $18 a month, so even if you only take 1 class month, you've paid for it! Most yoga classes are drop in $22 or more these days! And as a BUSY mom, I rarely have time to find childcare, get in the car, get to yoga, take a 90 minute class, drive home - you get it. But I am able to take 30 minutes here and there to take a YogaGlo class.

9.) Journal

Elena Brower Journal Such a pretty, thoughtful gift. And journaling every day is a wonderful practice to get into. Like reading your daily soul session, having a gorgeous journal to write her thoughts and dreams in is a wonderful ritual to begin and continue. Mindful mama - that's our goal, right?
