Or just as likely, we’ve got questions and you’ve got answers.

Nothing about this holiday season is normal.

There are SO many reasons to not be okay.

We are all grieving SO much!

We are all not okay.

Some mamas are not okay because they had hoped to have a baby with them this holiday and don’t and that is SO hard.

Some mamas are not okay because they had a baby in the pandemic and are afraid to leave their house with a newborn during the COVID catastrophe.

Some mamas are not okay because they are struggling to not crumble under the mental load of motherhood that gets even more heavy as moms are required to make the holiday magical.

Some mamas are not okay because they are struggling to survive their first year as a parent while in the throws of postpartum anxiety and depression as they swim through the sea of uncertainty that comes with adjusting to adding a baby to your family.

Some mamas are not okay because they are isolated, alone, and overwhelmed as we all adjust to this new normal of mothering in a pandemic.

Please remember, you are not alone in your not okayness.

And it’s okay to not be okay this holiday.
