How can I encourage my kids to eat healthy and take care of themselves, when they're constantly faced with unhealthy choices? From the kids menu at restaurants, snacks at birthday parties, even snacks that other moms bring in to the school for celebrations. I generally use the "everything in moderation" rule, but how can we teach them to moderate when there aren't any other options?!
