You don’t have to be on top of your kids to be a good mom. But if you are and prefer playing with them all day, you’re a good mom, too.

You don’t have to make everything from scratch and can feed your kids donuts for breakfast and still be a good mom. But if you do and enjoy cooking organic everything for them, you’re a good mom, too.

You don’t have to breastfeed the entire first year of motherhood to be a good mom. But if you do and both you and your child are thriving, you’re a good mom, too.

You don't have to have all your kids sleeping in their own beds. You can have 90% of your bed taken up by little bodies and still be a good mom.

Because you can feed your children junk food some days and still be a good mom.

You can need an hour to yourself and still be a good mom.

There’re many ways to be a good mom.

Because good moms have all different personalities,

they come in different shapes and sizes,

they struggle with different things,

and they have different ways of mothering.

But if they do what they think is best for their family,

show up,

try,

and love with their entire heart,

they’re good moms.
