Anywhere, from personal interview to a business sales pitch you have to deal with one undeniable fact - YOU WILL BE Googled, and your name or company should better be ready for it. Today, it is a must to have a decent media portrait, otherwise it is going to be really hard to compete against shiny competitors. I talk not just about corporate B2B operations, but also about School Interviews or Career Siftings...

We, at ExclusivePRs.com, have 3 categories:

First category is called a Basic Media Portrait - almost every active person in the labor market has such a basic profile. It usually includes Linked In, Facebook, and if a person had an active school life, there could be some basic in-school publications with his or her name in it. In such a case, you will have only to rely on your Amazing GPA around 3.9-4.0 to be noticed by the HR, otherwise chances of such a candidate are really slim.

We call the second category "Advanced Profile", because only few students and after-school professionals can brag with such reputation. These guys spent a lot of time polishing their Linked ins, actively pursuing different social and business clubs and conferences in their schools with only one main goal - to get their name out, and to build a strong foundation for future reputation. These people clearly understand the real value of personal branding and they invest time and money into it. Usually, such Advanced Profiles will be stuffed with different Start-up activities, internships, research publications, blogging, etc., If we add 3.9-4.0 GPA to such a student, it will be almost impossible to win completing against such a candidate.

Finally, the most powerful category in our list is called "Star Profile". Indeed, if you will google such a person, you will see tons of CNN interviews, Forbes publications, different activities, and everything that goes into basic and Advanced categories. From our personal experience, we discovered that Stars may have not the highest GPA from schools, but very often they are cherished for outstanding and creative solutions, great performance and amazingly innovative approaches.

One may think "how a Star person can possibly handle so many activities? For example, to be a full-time student at school or college, create patents, trademarks and startups, organize a non-profit event intending to Change the World for Better, be literally everywhere. Or at the same time to have a full-time work... How all this have happened in a short period of time. The answer is very simple, it seems that a small group of people helping behind the scene. We, at exclusivePRS.com call it "delegation of responsibilities" or Reputation Management. We are the people who take commands form our generals or ideas from their bright heads and we bring them to the next level with our marvelous execution capabilities.

In fact, we even joke sometimes that” we can turn any person in less than 6 months into a Super-Star." However, it is not far from reality...
