Vanilla Yogurt with Freshly Chopped Fruit... spice it up and add a sprinkle of cayenne to your fruit! (Yes, it's delicious, trust me... and they cayenne is sure to add a little fire to your morning to get you going!)
And my all time favorite... Mashed Avocado on Whole Wheat English Muffins with a sea salt & cracked pepper corns, squeeze of lemon, red pepper flakes and a drizzle of olive oil. Pair it up with some bananas and blueberries and you've got a healthy breakfast that is sure to give you a great start to your day!
